Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead our team and uphold the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our North Canton store. You will craft beverages, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations, while maintaining high standards of customer service and store safety.

The role requires punctuality, flexibility for early mornings/evenings/weekends, and at least six months of customer-facing and team-delegation experience within a retail or food service setting.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customize per customer.
