Job summary

Motley 7 Brew Llc in Mansfield, TX, seeks a Stand Manager to lead daily operations, coach a 40+ member team, and uphold the company culture and values. You will oversee shift scheduling, training, health and safety, inventory, and cash handling while reporting to the District Manager.

The role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to foster growth and efficiency in a fast-paced stand environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule including mornings and late nights.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willing to work weekends/holidays.
Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and coaching.
Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth.
Create weekly shift schedules, maintaining a low cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times.
Monitor and maintain inventory, small wares, and equipment.
Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change for the stand.
Facilitate team bonding and development through regular meetings and events for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
Take ownership of solutions.
Ensure crew is knowledgeable and meeting health requirements.
Develop new leaders.
Implement directives from upper management.
Delegate tasks to leadership to drive efficiency.
