Job summary

7Crew Enterprises is seeking a hands-on Location Manager in Leesburg, FL to drive growth and profitable operations while preserving Brewista culture and values. You will lead the crew, coach and train staff, and handle admin duties, with a focus on fast, friendly service.

The role requires overseeing shifts, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and health compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential to develop future leaders and report to a Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Strong coaching and training skills to develop crew and shift leads.
• Excellent customer service and communication to connect with guests.
• Ability to create schedules, manage inventory and control costs.
• Comfort with cash handling, deposits and basic financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operation while upholding culture and values.
• Coach, train, and supervise the crew; oversee daily stand operations.
• Develop weekly shift schedules and balance labor costs.
• Monitor wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training.
• Track inventory and ordering; manage costs and waste reduction.
• Ensure health compliance and safety standards; communicate directives.
• Develop new leaders and delegate tasks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain strong communication with upper management and regional team.
