Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a strong Manager for our Mustang, OK location. You will lead the stand team, coach staff, and oversee daily operations to ensure profitable performance and alignment with 7 Brew’s culture, mission, and values.

This role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, training, and administrative duties alongside shift scheduling and operations oversight. You will manage a large crew, handle scheduling, inventory, and cost control while maintaining excellent customer interactions

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in fast-paced environments with 40+ team members.
• Able to supervise and coach a team, train staff, and perform admin duties.
• Must be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer interactions and maintaining low wait times.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for location growth and profitability.
• Coach, train, and oversee operations and admin duties.
• Maintain customer service standards and manage crew performance.
• Develop weekly shift schedules to balance labor costs and service levels.
• Track inventory, small wares, and equipment while controlling costs.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change accuracy.
• Facilitate team meetings and leadership development across shifts.
• Communicate directives from upper management and delegate tasks.
