COFFEE SHOP SUPERVISOR
Job Purpose
Oversee the smooth daily operation of F&B outlets. Develop, implement, and measure quality standards across all food outlets to enhance the customer experience and maximise revenue.
Qualifications & Experience
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to achieve departmental goals and drive overall performance in the food and beverage outlet.
- Maintain inventory and ordering processes to optimize stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.
- Support and lead a high-performing team by delivering training, coaching, and ensuring consistent service standards across all touchpoints.
- Utilize feedback from the mystery shopper program and daily surveys to continuously enhance the guest experience and exceed service expectations.
- Contribute to sales growth by developing and implementing innovative experiences, promotions, and expanding product offerings to surpass budgeted targets.
Qualifications/Experience
- At least 2 years of guest service experience.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitask as necessary.
- Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
- Schedule flexibility is preferred.
