COFFEE SHOP SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose

Oversee the smooth daily operation of F&B outlets. Develop, implement, and measure quality standards across all food outlet to enhance the customer experience and maximise revenue.

Qualifications & Experience

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to achieve departmental goals and drive overall performance in the food and beverage outlet.
  • Maintain inventory and ordering processes to optimize stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support and lead a high-performing team by delivering training, coaching, and ensuring consistent service standards across all touchpoints.
  • Utilize feedback from the mystery shopper program and daily surveys to continuously enhance the guest experience and exceed service expectations.
  • Contribute to sales growth by developing and implementing innovative experiences, promotions, and expanding product offerings to surpass budgeted targets.

Qualifications/ Experience

  • 2 years guest service experience.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Proven track record to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitask as necessary.
  • Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
  • Schedule flexibility is preferred.
