Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming store for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per recipes and store standards; handle cash and ensure safety and security.
• Coach and prep food and beverages to standard recipes, including substitutions as needed.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work for two or more staff.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, including flexible hours (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays).
