Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to direct and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes.
• Ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, store safety and security.
• Delegate tasks to staff and coordinate coverage with 2+ employees.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality and adherence to store policies.
