Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is looking for a shift supervisor to lead daily shifts, coach team members and ensure quality beverages and customer service. You will manage tasks, uphold store policies and create a welcoming space for guests in the community.

Qualifications

• Attendant punctuality and attendance with or without accommodation.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adheres to store policies ensuring quality beverages/food and cash handling.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of delegating tasks to two or more teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure quality beverages/food per standard recipes and customer care.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store goals.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, cash handling and store safety standards.
• Provide responsive customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused Starbucks partner environment.
