Qualifications

• Requires regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Adheres to store policies and safety standards; handles cash and ensures safety.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others on shift.
• Coach baristas in beverage/food preparation per recipes.
• Ensure quality beverages and food and maintain store standards.
• Manage tasks and delegate to team members.
• Interact with customers to meet requests and resolve issues.
• Contribute to a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
