Hooks Catch Seafood and Wings - Coconut Creek is seeking a Coffee Shop / Crepe Maker / Baking Goods Associate to join the busy bakery and café team. You will open the bakery in the morning and prepare a variety of pastries and specialty treats for the day.

The ideal candidate has bakery experience and a passion for creating breads and pastries. If you love working in a fast-paced kitchen and sharing your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a coffee shop/ bakery, pastry shop, or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Team player
• Available for early morning shifts

Responsibilities

• Open the coffee shop/ delights bakery and prepare for the day ahead
• Clean and sanitize equipment and coffee/ baking areas
• Cook/Bake a variety of treats, and pastries
• Decorate sweets
• Prepare custom orders
• Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
