Job summary

Parks Coffee, part of Compass Group USA, in Manor, TX, seeks a Customer Service Manager (Coffee Services) to deliver an exceptional customer experience, retain clients, and grow existing accounts in a fast-paced office coffee services environment. You will partner with the District Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and lead a team of Route Drivers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Service, Account Management, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must have a valid driver's license and local travel ability.
• Proven ability to retain clients and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the District Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Conduct retention calls, business reviews, and service follow-up meetings.
• Visit customer locations to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Lead and coach a team of Route Drivers to deliver service excellence.
• Analyze performance metrics using Excel and present insights to leadership.
