Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Spoonbill Coffee Shop & Marketplace Manager for Naples Grande Beach Resort. Lead front-of-house operations, guest experience, and revenue generation across coffee, bakery, gelato, and retail offerings.

You will manage a team of baristas, cashiers, and retail staff, ensuring luxury service and financial accountability. Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in F&B/retail management within luxury environments, with strong leadership, inventory control, and POS

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of food and beverage, coffee shop, café, marketplace, or retail management experience.
• Luxury hotel, resort, specialty coffee, bakery, or retail marketplace experience preferred.
• Experience managing both food and retail operations strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership experience supervising hourly service teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest experience through coffee, bakery, gelato, grab-and-go, and retail offerings.
• Oversee daily operations of Spoonbill Coffee Shop & Marketplace and ensure proper opening/closing procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop baristas and support staff while conducting pre-shift meetings.
• Drive revenue through coffee, bakery, gelato, and retail merchandise with seasonal promotions.
• Manage inventory, labor, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
