White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Coffee House Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth workflows in our hotel coffee outlet. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff coaching, and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of customer service experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team.
• Ability to learn quickly, use espresso machines, and process transactions using POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the coffee outlet in the absence of the department manager, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching associates to maintain performance standards and a positive team culture.
• Monitor staffing levels, opening and closing duties, and adherence to safety and service procedures.
• Ensure menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and quality standards are consistently upheld by the team.
• Support cash handling, payroll reporting, inventory control, food ordering, and waste tracking.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and brand standards to create a safe, clean, and guest-focused environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
