Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Leader to coach restaurant team members and uphold Brand standards during each shift. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team by providing timely feedback to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including shift planning, inventory management, cash handling, and enforcing Food Safety practices. On-site work and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during shift including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive and clear feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Support training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during a shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare for handoff.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality.
