Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Coffee House Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting in Indianapolis. You will guide associates, manage shift workflows, and maintain high standards for quality and safety.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to train and coach a team while handling POS transactions and espresso equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to direct and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coffee outlet in the absence of the department manager, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching associates to maintain performance standards and a positive team culture.
• Monitor staffing levels, opening and closing duties, and adherence to safety and service procedures.
• Ensure menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and quality standards are consistently upheld by the team.
• Support cash handling, payroll reporting, inventory control, food ordering, and waste tracking.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and brand standards to create a safe, clean, and guest-focused environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
