Nespresso, a Nestlé brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at Bloomingdale's South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. You will welcome customers, guide them to their perfect coffee match, and create memorable experiences that go beyond selling coffee.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales with a friendly approach.
• Strong communication and product knowledge skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming boutique experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend coffee and machines.
• Demonstrate and promote coffee tastings and promotions.
• Maintain displays, stock, and boutique cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and service standards.
