Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for Americana at Brand Mall in Glendale, CA. You will greet customers, guide them to the right coffee and machines, and deliver a welcoming in-store experience that reflects our brand.

You’ll gain coffee expertise, participate in tastings, support boutique merchandising, and team up with colleagues to drive service and sales while upholding our high standards.

Formación

• Strong customer service experience and hospitality mindset.
• Able to guide customers and recommend coffee and machines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers to create a memorable in-store experience.
• Provide product knowledge and promote coffee tastings.
• Assist with shipments, displays, and keeping the boutique stocked.
• Support team collaboration and maintain a clean boutique environment.
• Participate in training to succeed beyond day one.
• Contribute to sustainability and recycling efforts.
