Smart Care is hiring a skilled Technician to service commercial coffee, espresso machines and later combi-ovens in New York, NY. Join a growing nationwide service team offering paid training and a company vehicle.

You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair equipment while delivering high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include reactive 24-hour service, parts scheduling, documentation, and collaboration with dispatch and management.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and reading schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• React to 24-hour service requests, diagnose issues, and repair equipment.
• Perform installations, maintenance, and timely removals of restaurant gear.
• Order parts and manage inventory for field service visits.
• Document work orders accurately and communicate with dispatch and team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep the service vehicle clean.
