Job summary

CBRE Charlotte, NC is seeking an operations professional to serve as the operational backbone of the COE team, governing data quality, procurement standards, and continuous improvement across a large facilities management account. You’ll balance data analysis with facilitating training and driving adoption with field teams.

You’ll develop scorecards and dashboards, use integrated data sources to evaluate performance, and partner with Transformation to close gaps and enhance standards adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience; equivalent mix of education and experience considered.
  • Experience supporting governance programs, process documentation or compliance tracking is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply judgment to solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards and performance reports tracking data quality and standards adoption.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify data quality gaps and translate findings into improvements.
  • Serve as SME for key systems and processes and provide knowledge transfer to teams.
  • Govern purchasing standards within Coupa, including PO management and vendor onboarding support.
  • Review information accuracy and respond to management and client requests.
  • Adjust project schedules and manage routine program issues; provide training as needed.
  • Explain complex information clearly and work within standardized procedures.
