Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or advanced business degree is highly desirable.
  • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
  • Extensive experience leading multi-site manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Strong background in operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, quality systems, logistics, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational functions to ensure the organization achieves quarterly and annual business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with long-term corporate goals.
  • Establish and maintain an effective Management Operating System (MOS).
  • Develop and execute operational roadmaps supporting organizational growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate business performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Build processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee operations across multiple facilities while promoting consistency and standardization.
  • Support site leadership through coaching, performance management, and operational guidance.
  • Improve collaboration between locations to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.

This executive leadership role is responsible for developing operational strategies, improving efficiency, leading organizational transformation, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with extensive experience managing complex operations, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business growth.

Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Lead all operational functions to ensure the organization achieves quarterly and annual business objectives.
