Job summary

CBRE seeks an operational professional to support governance, data quality oversight, and procurement standards across a large facilities management account. The role involves data-driven improvements, training field teams, and driving adoption of standardized processes.

You will build scorecards and dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert on core systems and processes to ensure project success and compliance.

Qualifications

• Governance, data quality oversight, and procurement standards experience.
• Experience supporting governance programs, process documentation or compliance tracking in facilities management or operations.
• Ability to analyze data trends and translate findings into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards and performance reports tracking data quality and standards adoption.
• Collaborate with the Transformation Team to identify data quality gaps and compliance trends.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for key systems and processes and provide knowledge transfer to teams.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
• Review information for management, clients, and project teams and adjust schedules as needed.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values in daily work.
