Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years in digital technology, delivery management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing multi-tenant SaaS platforms and enterprise analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own data delivery/engineering strategy for a multi-tenant platform.
• Lead global teams including engineering, data, QA, and delivery.
• Operationalize GenAI and AI/ML use cases across platforms and client solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define AI-first roadmap.
