University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority seeks a Coding Quality Analyst - PB to lead and coordinate the coding quality review process. You will analyze errors, provide educational guidance, and identify opportunities to improve coding accuracy.
Responsibilities include preparing summary reports of review results and tracking trends to inform targeted education. This role supports flexible scheduling within 1.0 FTE and is based in Wisconsin.
1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are primarily day hours, actual shifts are flexible and the specifics will be discussed in the interview process. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Develop, conduct, and/or coordinate the review process for coding quality. This includes, analyzing errors and formulating advice/education, identifying and advising staff on quality improvement opportunities, participating in individualized feedback for coding staff, and summarizing results and identifying trends for specific educational opportunities.
Prepare summary reporting of the coding review results as requested.
