• At least 3 years of inpatient facility coding experience.
• Experience coding across a broad range of hospital specialties and complex inpatient cases.
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines.
• Strong understanding of MS-DRGs, sequencing guidelines, and coding compliance.
• Experience with 3M 360 and Epic preferred.
• CCS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated coding accuracy and consistent productivity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and apply feedback.
• Reliable computer, internet, and workspace suitable for secure remote work.
