Job summary

L&L Fabrication, Inc. is a full-time Welder II position based in the Douglas Weld Shop in Loveland, CO. Candidates will weld at CODE levels for both Code and Non-Code projects, switching between welding, fitting, and team support as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery, with responsibilities ranging from welding to using various tools, handling forklift operations, and collaborating with the team to build capabilities.

Qualifications

• Code welding experience per ASME Sec. 8/9, B31.3, AWS D1.1, AWS D17.1.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing environment awareness.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and teamwork.
• Desire to learn new welding processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Weld Non-Code and Code articles to satisfactory quality.
• Perform GMAW, FCAW, SMAW per WPS.
• Weld to standard and handle 100% NDT when required.
• Operate oxy-fuel, plasma, saw, mag-drill, and grinder.
• Drive a forklift safely.
• Support team development in welding and fabrication.
• Prepare work orders and gather tools/materials.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and workspace.
