Conagra Brands in Menomonie, Wisconsin is hiring a Cocoa Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). No prior experience required; full training provided. You will operate cocoa manufacturing equipment, help with packaging, and ensure safety, quality, and efficient changeovers in a fast-paced plant.

The role offers strong benefits and a competitive hourly wage of $30.82 plus a $0.50 shift differential. This on-site position supports the Cocoa Manufacturing group under the Cocoa Manager.

Competenze

• Demonstrated safety performance and accident-free behavior in prior roles.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience working in a team environment with time management and prioritization.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software.
• Ability to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.

Mansioni

• Operate and monitor cocoa department equipment and systems.
• Ensure products are packaged to established standards.
• Perform quality checks, data verification, sanitation, lubrication and changeovers.
• Communicate material needs to maintain supply.
• Support preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Rotate through department duties and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain food safety and food quality responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
