Blommer Chocolate Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) with a base pay of $23.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. On-site position offering health and dental benefits from day one and potential incentive programs.

The role involves operating alkalization and grinding systems and ensuring safety, quality, and HACCP compliance. We value motivated and reliable associates to help in our mission of bringing chocolate to life.

Aufgaben

• Run multiple alkalization and grinding systems loading chemical mixtures.
• Monitor process and ensure quality; pump to storage tanks after completion.
• Maintain detailed process documentation for chemicals used and run time.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Ensure HACCP results documentation and report non-conformities.
• Rotate into other production areas and assist as needed.
• Collaborate with coworkers on the plant floor throughout production cycle.
• Take on additional tasks during downtime, including keeping work areas clean.
