Clasen Quality Chocolate (CQC) is hiring a Machine Operator for their Watertown, WI facility. You will read coatings recipes, produce chocolate and coating per GMP/HACCP, and handle materials with flexibility for multi-tasking in a team environment.

The role includes night shifts with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Prior experience in a food manufacturing setting is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing is helpful but not required.
• Previous experience lifting 55 lb is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate North or South plant lines as assigned.
• Read recipes, mix ingredients, test samples, and refine as needed.
• Operate chipline, packaging equipment, and perform sanitation.
