Trilliant Food and Nutrition and Horseshoe Beverage is hiring a Machine Operator at our Neenah, WI facility. You will operate state-of-the-art beverage packaging lines for cans and bottles, perform routine maintenance, and ensure product quality.

This role requires 3+ years in food production or machine operation, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. We offer a 2-2-3 straight shift schedule, 5:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years food production and/or machine operating experience
• Must read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of food safety and food quality standards

Responsibilities

• Operate beverage packaging lines for cans and bottles
• Troubleshoot equipment and drive process efficiencies
• Changeover and adjust equipment between production runs
• Accurately create and consume inventory in ERP
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move pallets of raw material
• Sanitation of plant and equipment
• Assist with quality checks and keep area clean
