Job summary

Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square is seeking a friendly Cocktail Server for Henley Kitchen + Bar. You will greet guests, mix and serve beverages, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bar and lounge.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to grow within Hilton, employee meal benefits, and staff recognition. A welcoming team environment values accuracy, service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in cocktail serving or bar/restaurant preferred.
• TABC seller-server certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer; willingness to learn Henley menu.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and make beverage/food recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, coordinating with bartenders.
