Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Maintain bar setup, stock beverages, garnishes, condiments and supplies.
• Handle cash, verify charges, balance money and process vouchers.
• Take room service orders via phone, input into POS, and generate checks.
• Clean and sanitize work areas; follow safety and health standards.
• Comply with company policies; maintain neat appearance and professional conduct.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervision; follow emergency procedures.
• Assist other beverage personnel as needed; know liquor regulations and health rules.
