Job summary

Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square is seeking a full-time bartender to join our team in Southlake, TX. You will greet guests, take drink orders, mix beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction while complying with liquor regulations.

This role requires basic math, cash handling, and the ability to work AM/PM shifts; benefits include employee discounts, complimentary meals, and team events.

Qualifications

• Must have current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions.
• Basic English language writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink orders in a courteous manner.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks following standard recipes.
• Maintain bar setup and stock fresh garnishes, beverages and supplies.
• Handle cash, make change, and balance transactions.
• Ensure safety and health standards and follow company policies.
