Job summary

PBR Atlanta is hiring for a Cocktail position at our venue in Smyrna, GA. You will greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and serve cocktails and menu items with a friendly, energetic approach. Prior experience in fast-paced bars is preferred, along with knowledge of liquor brands and garnishments.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff, use the POS system, and ensure guests meet age requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; other languages a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced food & beverage venues preferred.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, and garnishments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Serve cocktails and menu items; up-sell when taking orders.
• Maintain professional, energetic service with a smile; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with guests, bartenders and kitchen staff; use POS system.
• Monitor alcohol service and identify when to stop; report incidents to management.
• Complete side work and accurately account for sales and payments.
