Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform major life activities (standing, bending, lifting, reading, communicating)
• Experience: 1 year in food & beverage position; chain outlet preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• Certifications in Food Handling and Alcohol Safety preferred
• Friendly professional attitude as a daily standard

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a guest-ready working area.
• Prepare/serve drinks as requested by guests.
• Process guest charges and gratuities per standards and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security practices and knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Maintain liquor inventory regularly.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
