Job summary

PBR Atlanta is seeking an experienced bartender to join our high-energy team in Smyrna. You will mix cocktails, serve beers and wines, and provide friendly, professional service to guests and staff alike.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of high-volume bartending experience, strong liquor knowledge, and fluency in English. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; alcohol certification or food handler card may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending in high-volume bars or nightclubs.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, and garnishments.
• Formal bartending training preferred.
• English fluency required; other languages preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food handler card as required by local/state rules.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes.
• Serve wine, beer, and bottled/draft beverages.
• Take beverage orders from guests and serving staff.
• Record and account for orders, payments, and tips per policy.
• Present and promote current promotions to guests.
• Check guest IDs to verify age requirements for consumption.
• Maintain product knowledge to guide guest experience and drive sales.
