Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Springfield, MA seeks a Cocktail Server at the Knox lounge to quickly expedite guests' drink orders and deliver outstanding beverage service while maintaining the lounge’s high hospitality standards. You’ll engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Starting rate is $9.50 per hour plus tips. The role requires ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and includes benefits such as healthcare, meal perks, free parking, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
• Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue
• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
