Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Preferred 6 months experience as a cocktail and/or food server.
• Available for swing shifts (3:45 PM – 7:00 PM) or grave shifts (11:45 PM – 8:30 AM).
• Highly motivated and energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
• Garnish and serve cocktails; maintain knowledge of menu, brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Respond to guest inquiries with knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Perform opening/closing duties; restock supplies and ensure cleanliness of station.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority or escalate to management as needed.
