Job summary

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non‑alcoholic selections.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and provide food service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Clean equipment and maintain bar sanitation and appearance.
• Ring pours, take payments, and handle daily reports and paperwork.
• Provide training and mentoring to Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter.
• Maintain bar inventory and par levels; manage stock requests.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or escalate as needed.
