Beverage Cocktail Server
Salary: $12.14/hour + tips
Status: Full Time, Part Time, On Call
Shift: Overnight, Swing, Days
Responsibilities
- Offer every guest in the gaming area a beverage.
- Promote drink specials and describe nightly live entertainment on the property.
- Serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Follow casino/department drink service policies and check IDs to verify guests' age.
- Monitor guests for safe alcohol consumption and provide recommendations for wine, beer, or spirits.
- Maintain a clean workstation and section cleanliness by regularly picking up empty glasses and bottles and returning all glassware to the bar for cleaning.
- Order drinks in proper sequence and supplies when needed.

- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous casino experience preferred.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the brands of beer, wine and liquors offered for consumption at the bars and the current prices.
- Available to work all shifts.
- Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests.
- Basic reading, writing and verbal communication in English.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Adhere to, enforce and practice all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations.
- Continuously monitor for signs of intoxication.
- Adhere to all grooming standards.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
Additional Requirements
- Work may be performed in areas that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit, or brightly illuminated.
- May encounter three‑foot access areas and slippery surfaces; constant contact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods.
- Requires occasional bending and reaching from floor level to 6 ft., pushing/pulling, strong grasp, finger dexterity.
- Requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs., balancing, twisting, turning, repetitive use of both hands with light grasp, eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Must be able to perform simple tasks, simple reading, writing and math skills, and ability to compile information and memorize drink orders.
- Fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with constant public contact; must handle intoxicated guests professionally.
