Responsibilities

• Oversee all beverage operations on the casino floor and in restaurants, ensuring compliance with Food and Beverage Manager standards and company regulations.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy and compliance with administrative duties of supervisory staff and departmental policies.
• Recruit, interview, and recommend hires for all beverage positions, including Beverage Servers, Bartenders, and Bar Backs; coach and discipline team members as needed.
• Ensure adherence to beverage portion control policies and manage inventory, including jigger pours and carafes.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of the beverage operation and achieve departmental revenue and expense budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Previous casino beverage experience is recommended.
• 2-5 years of Food and/or Beverage Management experience or a relevant degree in hospitality recommended but not required.
• Ability to understand and apply financial reports, problem‑solve, manage conflicts, and use mediation skills effectively.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, guest needs, and state‑of‑the‑art sales methods, with a focus on setting and meeting sales goals.
• Must be able to work in a high‑volume, dynamic environment.
• Possess excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Handle physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 45 lbs.
