Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a motivated Bartender in Lexington to deliver exceptional service behind the bar. You will craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails, guide guests through the menu with confident recommendations, and ensure a warm, guest-centric experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication required.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more daily.
• Able to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Patient, guest-oriented mindset essential.
• Positive working relationships with all team members required.
• Adherence to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• FOH roles require 18+ age.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming bar experience from guest arrival.
• Craft beer, wine, and cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entries, and payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates for seamless service.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and guest safety standards.
