Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Bartender to join our Front of House team. You’ll be a key part of delivering genuine hospitality, crafting cocktails and beverages, and guiding guests through menu pairings to create memorable experiences behind the bar.

Expect a role focused on a warm, energetic bar presence, accurate POS handling, and a commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. Training and growth opportunities accompany a competitive hourly wage as we expand new stores.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Guest-focused mindset and positive team relationships.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times.
