Responsibilities include welcoming guests, crafting drinks, recommending pairings, handling orders and payments, and maintaining bar cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more daily.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Commitment to cleanliness and safety procedures.

• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beers, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency.
• Recommend menu pairings with confidence to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive hospitality.
• Manage orders and payments accurately at the POS.
• Keep the bar and Firebar area clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Support To-Go orders and coordinate with team for seamless service.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and guest safety at all times.
