Job summary

Medical Associates Health Plans is seeking a detail oriented Ancillary Services Processor to join the team. The role administers COBRA and Flexible Spending Accounts and responds to member questions with accurate information.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience.
• Equivalent to a high school education.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform flexible spending administration using the software, processing claims and contributions, and providing email and telephone customer service.
• Perform COBRA administration including enrollments, terminations, invoicing, and group benefit setup with customer service.
• Process short-term disability claims and support customers by email/phone.
• Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
