Job summary

Luminare Health seeks a COBRA Analyst to oversee COBRA client and member experience, including benefit elections, payments, and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, retirees, and LOA participants. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and fax communications with clients, members, and third-party affiliates while ensuring accurate administration and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of COBRA, FMLA, LOA and retiree administration/coordination experience.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Company leave programs.
• Experience with premium administration, eligibility, claims, billing, reporting.
