Job summary

OCA is hiring a COBRA Client Support Specialist for a hybrid role in Mercerville, NJ. You will balance client-facing COBRA administration with data management, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years experience in benefits support or customer service, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Zoho CRM or related platforms. Hybrid schedule includes 1–2 days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication for corporate client interaction.
• Strong Excel skills and general computer literacy.
• High attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Experience with Zoho CRM or benefits platforms (Ease, Employee Navigator) is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in customer service or benefits support; degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated Client Support: primary contact for employer HR and benefits representatives via phone and email.
• Data Integration & File Management: manage daily SFTP pulls, data manipulation, and uploads across platforms.
