Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a COBRA Analyst to oversee the COBRA client and member experience, including elections, payments, and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retirees. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes from clients, members, and partners.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of COBRA/FMLA/LOA/retiree coordination, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of COBRA, FMLA, LOA and retiree administration/coordination experience.
• Knowledgeable in handling Federal, State and Company leave programs.
• Understanding of Administration System processes (premium administration, eligibility, claims, billing, reporting).
• Customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organizational skills for multi-tasking.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee COBRA client and member experience including elections, payments and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, LOA and retirees.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, members, third-party affiliates as well as email and fax communications.
