Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workload to achieve business objectives and lead the team.
• Provide guidance on work processes and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
• Serve as primary point of contact for updates and escalations.
• Coach team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other teams to set and monitor goals.
• Identify gaps and partner to resolve system/process issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement improvements.
