Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; in lieu, 7+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in related field; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workload to achieve business objectives; provide leadership and direction to the team.
• Act as a resource for the team; provide assistance on work processes and procedures.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational updates and escalations.
• Ensure employees are trained and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Provide ongoing coaching and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to set goals and monitor progress.
• Identify and address system or process gaps with cross-functional teams.
• Perform root cause analysis on trends and implement solutions.
• Conduct audits and develop performance improvement plans.
